What is misreading? What is it to reading? What does it tell us about how we read? Those, simply put, are the questions that this issue of L’Atelier will address — in the fields of art, literature or philosophy. It purports to challenge the common notion of misreading as corruption of reading, as reading gone wrong, to look at it as a condition of possibility of reading proper.
